Sunday’s Gospel

Next Sunday, 2nd October is the 27th Sunday of the Year, when we hear in the Gospel (Luke 17:5-10) Jesus’ telling the Parable of the Mustard Seed. The apostles said to the Lord, ‘Increase our faith’ to which He replied that if they had faith the size of a mustard seed they could say to a mulberry tree, “be uprooted and planted in the sea,” and it would obey them.
