Today we celebrate Saints Joachim and Anne, the grandparents of Jesus and remember all Grandparents and the Elderly.
Over the past few months, the Diocesan Marriage and Family Life team has inspired the grandparent’s prayer group in several parishes including Our Lady of Assumption (HedgeEnd), Immaculate Conception (Stubbington), St Mary’s (Gosport), Holy Family (Southampton), St Thomas More (Twyford) and St Bedes (Basingstoke).
New members are welcome to share experiences at:

| St Mary’s Gosport | Wednesday | 6:15pm prior to evening Mass | Before evening Mass in the church |
| St Michael & All Angels- Leigh Park | Following 10 am morning Mass | Last Tuesday of the month in the community room | |
| Waterside Parish- St Bernards Church, Holbury | Every Wednesday morning | Following 9am Mass | After 9am Mass during adoration, followed by tea & biscuits in the hall |
