Notice for the purposes of Section 121 of The Charities Act 2011

The trustees of the Catholic Diocese of Portsmouth (the Charity) give notice that the Charity proposes to offer for sale land for residential development at the site of St Joseph’s Church, Ann’s Hill Road, Gosport, PO12 3NB.

The proposed site is shown edged in red on the outline below.

The trustees will market the property through Eddisons incorporating Daniells Harrison Chartered Surveyors, The Old Manor House, Wickham Rd, Fareham PO16 7AR.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this is a notice for the purposes of section 121(2) of the Charities Act 2011. Representations are required by 04 April 2023.
