Caring for Carers in Hedge End

We have the support and help of NHS mental health teams, mental health charity, MIND, and other areas of mental health professionals. We aim to bring these specialists together to enable carers to get the information they need, to understand more fully certain conditions and to find friendship, fellowship and support from other carers. Currently, there is very little support offered in this area for carers, particularly regarding mental health issues. We have lived experience as carers, which is ongoing, and know how tiring, frustrating, lonely and isolating a carer’s life can be. We recognise that there may be many people struggling to cope on their own and feeling very much alone and neglected.
