Global Rosary Relay

The Annual Global Rosary Relay for the Sanctification of Priests takes place this year on Friday 24th June. The goal is to have millions of Hail Marys prayed as a gift to Our Lady for her most beloved priests. Last year there were over 3,000 prayer locations worldwide. This year Worldpriest is looking to double this figure.

The Worldpriest Annual Global Rosary Relay for the Sanctification of Priests idea is a simple one. Each of the participating prayer locations worldwide prays an allocated mystery of the Rosary at a set time on this special day of prayer which is an actual relay in real time prayed in thanksgiving to God for our priests and to implore the protection and loving care of Our Lady, Mother of all priests, for all her priestly sons. With the coming of midnight on this day 24th June 2022, the entire world, by then, will have been encircled in prayer once again for our priests on this The Annual Global Rosary Relay Day. If you are unable to host your own event, you can join Southampton City Centre parish which has been taking part for the past few years and will be doing so again this year at St Edmund’s church at 7pm.
