Meeting about our Ten-Year Strategy

Currently, we are developing a ten-year mission Strategy for the Diocese, and following the Clergy Gathering last November, we have been consulting other ‘stakeholders’. Key to this consultation are the views of the laity of the Diocese and various opportunities have been provided to enable people to feed into the development of the plan. One such opportunity was provided last Thursday at St. Bede’s Basingstoke and many turned out to listen, reflect and to feed back. Heather Hauschild, our Chief Operating Officer, led the presentations and discussion, but the event began with a presentation of my own thoughts about where we are currently as a Diocese and where I would hope for us to be by 2032.
