New Director of Liturgical Formation

I wish to express thanks on behalf of us all to Fr. John Chandler, parish priest of Bordon, for his dedicated service as our Diocesan Master of Ceremonies. Fr. John has served for the last nine years, and helped at all the major diocesan events, the Chrism Mass, Ordinations, Confirmations and so on. Although he will continue to serve as an MC occasionally, he will formally step down from this role at Easter. In his place, I have appointed Fr. Anthony Fyk to the new role of Director of Liturgical Formation. This role will include on occasion being MC but have a wider responsibility to help enhance the celebration of the Liturgy across the Diocese, supporting the training and formation of ministers, promoting liturgical music and offering occasional talks, courses and study days.
